Title: Profile scale rules question.

So as I read the following rule:

3.3.4.4. Flight Judging.
Flight judging will be done using the rules of Sport Scale
Event 509. The absence of operating retractable landing
gear will not be considered in Flight scoring.

I read this to mean that you won't be penalized for not having retracts. But am I correct that if you do have retracts you can use them for 2 options on the flight sheet?
