Title: No US Junior Scale team at the World Championships?
Post by: Chris McMillin on August 09, 2008, 08:52:34 AM
I see four countries listed in the Junior Team list of scores in conjunction with F4B. No USA team menmbers are listed.

Why not? What happened to the Team selected at last years Nats?

Thank you Chuck.
This just shows that children with the proper guidance can build really nice stuff.
If the AMA had gotten their stuff together we could have fielded three enthusiastic youngsters from the USA. As it turns out the two Nats '07 qualifiers couldn't get the AMA to commit, as well the FAI. The third interested party couldn't get an audience with the proper "official". No one will admit to being the one.
Junior problem? It's an AMA, and CIVA (FAI) problem.
