Does anyone know what became of that model?  Where is it now?  Condition???

 I wish I knew. That airplane was spectacular.  His son apparently never took up flying. George was working on a Twin Beech 18 when he died. I don't know if any of the Circle Burners know any more.

At any rate, where's the model?  Who has it?  What shape is it in? (yada-yada...)

    I seem to have a memory of seeing something in print in an old Stunt News about the time George passed away, and it mention something about the disposition of his airplanes including the P-38. Maybe this might trigger a memory ion someone?  I want to think it was in the New Jersey area, or donated to a museum? Just can't remember.
