The .09 to .15 size F82 Twin Mustang has been updated to be competition capable for Profile Scale. it now carries a scale airfoil.

This has become a more viable subject with electronic throttles.
It would be a real chore with 3-line mechanical throttles.
A few years ago (pre-2.4) I passed on a nice one at an RC swap meet. I couldn't comprehend retro-fitting the throttles on an already-built Twin Mustang.

These F82 airplanes and my F7F Tigercat would be so much easier with 2.4G electronic throttle control.

If you really want easy, go with electric power!

What would be the point? Two motors is not twin ENGINE.

The point is that it WORKS!! LL~

Some people are so picky. When I was growing up I can't count the number of times people used the term motor when referring to an engine and vice versa. I guess to be PC(political correct) maybe refer to it as twin power plane. S?P
Also remember some areas can't run piston power because it makes a little noise. D>K

with 2.4 Ghz throttle control you can use multiple recievers, you can have a receiver in each fuselage and there is a way to have the first receiver power the 2nd one with a single wire.
for glow powered models the best way to set up the throttles is to have one servo per engine with a short pushrod that goes between the servo and engine. the multiple servos then plug in into one or more recievers to the same channel.
