Title: Extra 330 SC Documentation paint scheme
Post by: Walter Hicks on June 10, 2017, 04:27:11 PM
Does anyone know here I can get documentation for an Extra 330 SC? Bob Banka does not have any that I can find. I also am looking for a good paint
scheme. The one I like is very complicated. (Jeff Boerboon , red ,white and blue)

Walter,

Here's a link to a Forum where you can get everything you need to build that fine model.

I hope the link works.

Also, your eyes are fooling you, that paint scheme is actually quite simple.

With a white base coat and the correct/accurate masks, it's not a task at all. A bit of work to get the masks correct because the scheme is dependent on correct masks and the placement of them, but no big deal with the purchase of the 1/32 plastic kit offered.

The plastic kit is a killer.

The kit has it all, great 3-views AND a "paint mask" sheet to boot!

I hope my reply is helpful for your decision to take the project on.

I can help you get through it.

Good luck.

CB

check out www.airliners.net and under the photo search look under "Extra 330 SC" and you might find something that works for you. Or do a google image search and see what shows up
