Error in the CL Scale Initial Vote Results!
« on: May 16, 2010, 10:45:23 AM »
I have sent an Email to Mike Gretz and Greg Hahn requesting a review of the posted results.

CLS 11-1 (allowing a profile body in CL Fun Scale without penalty) is marked as FAIL but it received 4 YES and 2 NO votes (66 2/3%).  The rules state that a proposal must receive at least 60% of the votes cast.  At the bottom of the page this requirement is explained.  "The number required under the 60% standard is --- 4 of 6 ---."

Today Greg Hahn corrected the AMA Initial Vote tally for Control Line Scale showing that Proposal CLS 11-1 passed the initial vote by 4 to 2.

I have also been informed that it will die in the next vote unless there is a cross proposal that would gut it.  I will let it stand or fall on it's own.

The Scale Board has spoken! They rejected all of my proposals that were intended to get more CL fliers to give CL Scale a try by making CL Fun Scale the true Entry Level event with two classes so that a NEW TO CL SCALE flier would not be competing against experienced CL Scale competitors.  The theme I proposed was "Let them fly what they brought."
