A very public "Thank You"
« on: October 11, 2009, 04:50:05 PM »
The little A-26 (Pat King design) again placed 1st in the "Limited" category at this weekend's 1cc multi-engine profile scale contest here in Tucson.  That would not have happened, however, without the very kind assistance of Keith Trostle, Chris McMillin and Gary Gingrich, who chipped-in with powerful batteries, electric starters and much-needed assistance.

Those guys made it happen!

Keith, by the way, swept the "Unlimited" category with his Tupolev TU-95 "Bear".

Your welcome, Mike.
Nice to be able to have such a nice weekend with a great bunch of guys.

Michael McMillin, 13, was 3rd in Unlimited with his P-38M Night Lightning with a new pair of Wasp AP .061's. He placed right behind Keith and Keith, flying Charlie Reeves Vought.

I took no pics so I can't wait to see what Ricki and the others took.
