Do a Google search for P-51's and start looking at the props.  You should find some pictures with the manufacturers decal intact.  Download the image for your documentation.

I did this and found over 40 pictures of a 1914 Jeannin Stahltaube, steel framed Taube.

Hi Roger ,

Here's a Hamilton Standard logo . It's good for the "un-cuffed" P-51 propellers

Time to start making decals ! y1

Good luck ,

Whoa!  A Google search for P-51's coughed up 40 pictures of a Jeanin Stahltaube?

(Dang but I love the Internet -- this kind of activity is so much safer from a good long distance).

I blew the picture way up and it reads, to the best I can make out:

DW: XO. KG323A-24
MFG: XO.     101707
LOW ANG.        23.0
HIGH ANG.        65.0

The problem is that the marking was stenciled on!

Hope this helps,
Clancy
