I just checked with Jack Sheeks and he assumes it will be at the same place as the last two years. 

The National Guard Armory.  To get there:

There is a small street going north just west of the AMA headquarters where Memorial Drive changes from 2 to 4 lanes.  Take that street North about 1 1/4 miles.  You will go past the stop light about 1 block.  The Armory is on the left.
