Ama says scale-starts on Thursday
Thursday is a practice day.  In RC Scale, many pilots use it.  For CL Scale, not so much.  Static judging begins Friday AM.

The CL Racing guys have use the CL scale circle on Thursday so you will first have to see the circle is available. The L pad will be busy with stunt so that won't work either.

Speed has two circles of which they only use one.  There other is a practice circle that they seldom use.  This might be open for test flying scale planes.  I have tested there in the past with no complaint from speed.  Certainly not for organized competition.
