I am attaching the preliminary schedule for the 2025 AMA Scale Nationals and F4B Team Selection Trials.  While a couple more "approvals" are still required, the attached schedule is good enough for you to make hotel reservations.  I suggest that you make hotel reservations ASAP since rooms in Muncie will fill up quickly - the Triathalon is the same weekend.

Creating this schedule was a balancing act with multiple competing priorities:
1) The desire to separate the F4 team trials from the AMA Scale Nationals schedule, so pilots feel free to compete in both events with undivided attention (i.e. minimize overlap in schedule).
2) The desire to minimize the number of days a pilot (or judge) would need to be in Muncie to participate in both the F4 team trials and the AMA Scale Nationals (i.e. maximize overlap in schedule).  For pilots/judges with limits on vacation time, we do not want to force them to choose between one or the other event.
3) Fit all the dates within a crowded schedule for Site 4 and Site 6 in Muncie.
