I am saddened to inform all the readers of this forum that Vic Garner has died.
Vic was in hospital as a result of an overall weakening of his body and died at approximately 8:45 AM on Friday, December 10. He is survived by his wife, Jenny, and two daughters.
A full obituary will be written for the Torque Roll and other publications.

This is very very sad news. Vic came by my house one year. He was here to attend the wedding of a local flyer.

I'm Vary sorry to hear about Vic's passing I've known him for a long time, we flew in control line speed in the late 50's in WAM then later I flew R/C with him in EBRC I will truly miss him. my prayers are for his family. <><

Realy sad news. Vic taught me a lot about the hobby in past years. A real gentleman and tough competitor. I will miss him.

I didn't know him that well but was a good guy. Helped me get my Webras set up. Each year we lose more and more folks.
