if you use the ASP or magnum, your controls must be exposed. Fox you can be fancy and hide them in the wing.

Which Fox 15 ?
Probably the Schneurle ball bearing version. It has similar porting to the other two. The older, plain bearing 15 would get blown away.

Actually, any Fox 15 except the special FAI combat 15's with the big cranks would be LEGAL.

Probably a good idea to read the rules, Bob. While the engine specifications will be expanded slightly soon, the current specs would be a good place to start.
