Poking around, it looks like the S15A has been changed from out-of-stock to NLA? is this it's replacement?

No! See the recent issue of Torque Roll for the reason the 15's are currently unavailable. If you are desperate for an engine, Mike's Models in England claims to have the SC15A engine in stock, which is the exact same engine as the ASP. In fact, one of our club members once ordered an ASP from somewhere, and received an SC in an ASP box! We always let him fly it, and if more show up we will amend the rules accordingly.
