Title: repairing the Glowbee Fireplug

Any one out there fix these I have 2
the batteries are good but no juice to the glow plug
can the  variable pot be replaced???

They have a fusible link between the battery and the negative terminal. Check this for continuity with an ohm meter. If it's blown (open circuit), replace it with a piece of wire. This seems to be the most common failure.

I have also had the contacts in the pot get cruddy to the point that I couldn't get current flow. Took it apart and cleaned all the contacts with some 400 Wet or Dry and all is o.k.
