Here's something I've been working on. The last Fox bellcrank I got was a little pricey and the aluminum was softer than ones I used back in the day so I decided to bake a loaf and slice a few off, fun. Material is 7075-T651.

Are you going to sell them, or are you just making them for your personal use?

Thanks for the interest but, they're too hard to make to sell for what I can get. It ends up being $3 an hour :-\.

Motor,
Could you have used flat stock then water jet or CNC?
Nice work.

If I had a water jet or a CNC I would use it. All I have is a manual mill and a slitting saw.
