Fred,

I have used the Radio South Pro-Driver III. A bit of Velcro stuck to the back of the case and a band around the arm and you're pretty well set. I cut the cord and installed a Dean's plug so I could switch back a forth between a clip, a socket, or hot fingers for the plug. I need to refurbish both of mine again. Old dead batteries and on one the power FET smoked. Used both of them for about 15 years and got very good service from both of them.

There is also the larger battery capacity offered in the RCATS unit. One of the local racers has one and I've been impressed. A little more bulky, but lots more juice.

Hi Fred

Below is a link to the Sonic-Tronics website. Myself and Paul Gibeault have used these for years, and they are quite good, and very reliable.

I also have one similar to those but uses a 4400mah "D" cell nicad. It however, doesn't have a meter.
