Sure it's a fast little bugger and it's really a .12 not a .15. I have one on a GeeBee Z I play with it does not have the wing area for Goodyear racing but a fun little screamer with the ASP on it. Does 2.5 laps with 52 foot lines and a .270 venturi 6.5X5 prop.

I have the plans for that plane if you want them also.

I've bought three ASP engines from this outfit and have nothing to show for it.  They claim it's shipped, but all I get is a BACK ORDER memo.  After three or four months they throw in the towel and refund my money.  They don't admit it's out of stock until much later.  I have a couple ASP 28's in that status at the moment.  The web site still doesn't indicate out of stock.

I bought one from Hobby King and benched it.  Easiest engine to start fresh out of the box EVER!  It was a literal one flip start.  Run it hot, lean, and hard for a minute or two, back it down for a few seconds rich, then lean it out again.  This is a modern engine that needs to operate at full temperature.

I ran about 8 ounces of fuel through in 2 runs, hand start single flip for both tanks.

I haven't done anything with it since then...  I have a Jr Ringmaster that I might stick it on...

You get what you pay for. All ASP engines have inferior metallurgy in the crankshaft. They are ok for sport flying but in modified form for racing the crank comes out the front.

I think there is some possible conflict regarding the brand name -- ASP or AP.   The ad is for an AP engine, but is mislabeled "ASP".
Here is an ad for an ASP 15 --
