Marco,
Are you looking for PDF or Vector?
The vector file generally is owned by whoever produces a kit. there are ways of getting use of that. Possibly?
If you just want to print plans, I believe I've seen them on ebay. plus, anyone who has built one has plans, obviously.
What are your intentions?

Well, Chuck , at least twice he said he wanted DIGITAL plans of the Flying Clown. I think there is a difference between digital plans for scratch building and ordering a kit and having it shipped to Brazil!
Marco, see if the attached file works for you. If not, do a internet search and I think the files is in a thread on R/C Groups. I'm sure there may be others. This is for the original PDQ kit version. The Brodak version is much modified and some argue it is not authentic. There might even be one more out there. It's your choice. Good luck and have fun!
Type at you later,

Don't forget the pictures once you have it built.

I was comparing this plan to the Brodak kit plan, and I noticed that one or the other has the fin and rudder backwards. One piece is more triangular, one is more rectangular. It also affects the angle of the rudder "hinge line". Is it possible that the person who drew the plans simply got it wrong?

For my money the Brodak kit is not correct. The pics are hard to see but they show a more classic 40's - 50's vertical tail.

Looking at the PDQ plan, the rudder is smaller than the fin, and almost a triangle. Also, the rudder "hinge line" is vertical. That doesn't really match either plan ??? I suppose the outline is more important than the glue joint, though.
