Title: Easy Hinges

being a retread i wasted A lot of time with my old hing tools digging out a slot some times popping Through the side. glued with epoxy  most of the time one would get stuck!!  tonight  i  got a  package of EASY HINGES by SIG..what happen to the work  a complete hing job in 15min.. SIGSH710

I have also seen those easy hinges/CA hinges pull out of a surface if not pinned someway.  DOC Holliday

well lost my page out there in space.. thanks for the warning. i am  a flap and elevator 38 inch plane  with OS 25 power.think toohpick pins would be allright.. My mom allways said takeing the easy way is going to get you in trouble some  day,, geoffry out

Round toothpicks are great.  I now use bamboo skewers.  Being the cheapskate I am.  I push them thru the hole I drilled until they are flush.  Then using razor saw cut them off to use on next hinge.  Have fun,  DOC Holliday
