An amazing kit, all the parts fit perfect and alignment tool for the fantail was very handy. I already have a second kit on order.

Andrew Raney of Dallas, Tx, is the first to complete a WOW from the Blue Sky Models kit. He did it less than a week!

Hello WOW fans
I flew the WOW this morning in a nice 15mph breeze, what a BLAST!.  Wtih an 8-6 prop and 60ft/.018 lines the lap time was about 3.5 or 4 seconds. I had the CG a little forward and a narrow handle,  Smooth as silk!!  With a wider handle and gradually moving the CG back, it will be AWSOME!!!

For those who fly in high wind and .018 lines use 3/4oz tip weight.
Great kit!
Andrew

If Sir Thomas of Nieburh does it, it will always be excellent.  I had the pleasure of having Tom and Linda as house guests several years ago, and two finer people you will never meet!

I give my best possible wishes to both of them.

I just recieved my kit from Tom the other day. It looks excellent throughout with great wood and all. In addition to the new plans, it even included a nice copy of the old original plan which I thought was way cool, a great wall hanging for the shop! GREAT STUFF!!! y1

Tom,

That's a Fox .25BB.

The picture is not the best. After years of having top of the line Nikon film cameras,  this was taken with a low end digital.. Not the same. It will be a while before I can afford the Nikon digital that I want that will also take advantage of my lenses.

Now that is just too nice for a Combat Wing!

I love it.  y1

Covered my wing last night...you won't expect THIS one, it's not stock! ;)

Stay tuned!

(B.T.W., this kit has possibly the nicest wood I have ever worked with)

I've got mine built but not covered yet. Set up for a period Enya 35. Don't snicker, it will keep up with the best of the period motors.
Dennis

Oh did I mention that this was one great kit?
