Here's one.  I regret that I don't have time now to post an stl of it and the reel it fits. I tried to print a clip that goes halfway around the reel.  That required support and was ugly.  I settled for one that started and finished with max angle of 45 degrees to the printer bed.  It works a treat.

Well, I tried to post .STLs of the clip and reel, but one of the reel parts had to be repaired.  I don't know how to recover the repaired .STL from the slicer.  However, if you have PrusaSlicer or another slicer that uses .3MF files, I can send you the .3MF files. Gimme your email address.  It's probably not worth your bother, though.  It's just another line reel.
