This is a laser cut kit for a 1/2A Mouse Racer. The airplane has a 22 3/16” wingspan and 43 square inches of wing area. The CAD plans have full size templates of all parts. The kit contains the blind nuts, screws, and washers for engine mounting. The kit does not contain any control system hardware. A control system hardware package is available. I have two different paper plan scans that were used to make the CAD plans, they are identical except one is titled “Streaker Jr.”, it has a date and a telephone number on it. The second is titled “Streaker V”, the date and part of the telephone number have been erased, it has some hand written notes on the plan.
The kits sell for $63.00 plus shipping of 2 pounds from zip 60449. A twin kit of two airplanes sells for $121.00 plus shipping of 3 pounds from zip 60449. Control system packages sell for $15.50 each if sold with the kits. The control system package contains a Perfect aluminum 1/2A Bellcrank set, two 4-40 round weld nuts, two 4-40 x ¼ Button head Socket Cap Screws, a DuBro 2-56 swivel ball link set, a 12” 2-56 threaded pushrod, and a nylon control horn.
