O.K. dead serious .
If the white ' blushing ' ( as the poms say ) is MOISTURE trapped it the dope / lacquer , wotsit WEIGH .
as in if you painted everything during the flood , so all the lacquers blushed , is it gunna weigh measureably more ..?

AM,
I don't think it adds any real weight, just causes the blush. Usually if you give another coat with a bit of retarder it will clear up with no problems. I usually do a test piece to check if the mix is ok.
