Aero Gloss thinner
« on: November 04, 2021, 06:09:56 PM »
I was given a couple of cans of Aero Gloss dope and from mistakes made in the past I know that some thinners do not work with it.
Is there one that does or does anyone know the formula?

I don't know for sure, but I would certainly start with hardware store lacquer thinner. As far as I and my calibrated nose can determine, the 60's and subsequent AeroGloss is autmotive acrylic lacquer - it smells *exactly* like automotive touch-up paint.
