Well...
I took it to the field yesterday.
First flight , the needle was too closed so it was really fast, but it flew straight and very well, nonetheless. Had a littlee surge and it came back...
Second flight, needle was reset, still fast, but still flew very well.
Third flight, finally got a 4-2 break on the LA 46, 11.5X4 APC, 4.8sec lap, constant speed all thru the pattern when... I felt a kink in the controls..
Upon landing a quick inspection showed a problem with the flap horn, probably the clevis is loose on the threaded rod...
Don't you think I didn't pay attention to that... I did, and it still got loose, so tere's some play when you give it control.
Will have to open the fuse and fix the thing...
Anyway, I'm very satisfied with the result I got 'cause this ship served as good practice for learning about finishing a ship like one should.
Not gonna fix it right now, wanna finish other stuff before, but soon enough, when I feel like it, I'll have this ship back in action.
I did get to fly a Nobler finally...
