  What, if any iron on covering will go over nitrate dope?  Thanks

As long as the dope is well cured, I would think just about any of them. I've put Monokote and Econokote over nitrated wood without issue.

Agreed. The less porous a substrate base,  the better the adhesion with the various Kote's

Better adhesion???

The less porous the underlying structure, the more care it takes to avoid bubbles. Lots of tiny, tiny bubbles. And some not so tiny....

I saw an eel-lectric Magician this weekend flown by one of our club members. Apparently it is a "402"  version. I assume that's the wing area, but really have no idea. The entire plane was MonoKoted. It looked very nice. One advantage of electric is that you can cover the nose of your plane in plastic wrap, and not have it shedding layers like one of the walking dead.

The adhesion is better. Doesn't mean the application is easier. Haha
