Hard to find lately,  it doesn't have to be Gorhams ... All the pastes seem to be similar.

When Gorham's ceased being made I looked for an alternative and have settled on using Novus #2 plastic polish.  It's available at places that specialize in plastic products or you can get if from Aircraft Spruce.

IDK, I've just always heard that Gorhams is "the good stuff" and that's why the "Big Shots" use it. ;D

I actually sell the Novus products at work, does it really work as well as the Gorhams?

So, is the "real deal" Gorham's brand no longer available?

Have you guys tried toothpaste, old fashioned kind.  I've heard of using catshup from one individual to polish stuff with hard surface.

Do a google search.  I found some available online for about $3.00 a jar.  Probably old stock as I don't think it's still made.

Gorham is a silverware company. They sold silver polish as part of their product line.  I doubt they made the polish compound as their core business is silver metal products. They probably just sold it under their label. It isn't magic and the rest of the polishes mentioned will perform the same function.

Thanks for the advice guys, the Gorham's is proving very tough to find. So far I'm being stubborn and still I want to find some, but I may have to try something else. I just called a place in New York, it was a grocery store that had it advertised online, but they said they didn't have any. I'm going to need something to polish out the patchwork I've been doing on the Avenger. I want to try to achieve the same shine that Dave had on it.
