 Guy's on my last post I didn't ask for a filler that dope can be applied  over, and I do need to be able to do that.

Hi Gil,

Of course the homemade fillers like zinc stearate mixed in dope (talcum  powder or cornstarch, also) will work real well.  The lacquer primers like the NAPA one Sparky uses and other Duplicolor primers work great.  As with all filler/primers, the key is to sand off all except that in low spots or holes..
