I too tried Brodaks Monokote copy and the white was unworkable.   The other two colors(blue & red) were okay for a while but were hard to get sealed. D>K

My one and only use was Brodak Black...made me throw all three other color rolls away......IMO twas junk and ruined my wing....grrr

The problem: stuck down perimeter....went to shrink...pulled loose at perimeter...the more I fused the more it released....leaving the black glue pigment on the balsa and clear plastic not stuck to anything....a bad mess on a perfectly good built Big Otto... very perplexed....love a lot of Brodak but the film is junk IMO

BTW I have had pretty good luck with the Hobby King stuff

Exact same for me. Like i couldnt find a good heat setting on my iron that it liked. Either too hot or too cold

I think everyone but Motorman has got "Brodak Kolar Kote" mixed up with "Brodak Heat Shrink Covering".

I guess you are right.  I went to the Bodak site, besides the usual tissue and silk lists the following: Kolar Kote, doesn't say what it is,    Fabric Covering woven cloth,  Plastic Covering( which is what is what I think the first covering I got was) polypropylene and Heat shrink covering which is polyester cloth.
