I know better, but leaving a model on the paint stand for 3 months, is a very, very BAD thing. I "cleaned" the area to be painted, did all the required masking, and applied a coat of thin white. BUT, big and I do mean big circles formed. Very much like fish eyes only different. Well, this after noon, I wet sanded the entire area, then applied a thin coat of white primer. Sitting in a garage with all the come and go that takes place, strange fumes, etc, there is no telling what settled in the primer on the surface of that model.
