Avanti Flights
« on: August 16, 2007, 10:03:10 AM »
Took the Avanti out yesterday to see if the engine would run better after flushing it out and getting a bunch of crud out. Well it ran better but was breaking hard outsides and kinda normal insides. The lap times inverted and upright were the same.Hmm. Took it home and removed the tank, once again I will check it for leaks.Lo and behold,a tiny leak. It took a while for it to even show a leak.Thats how small it was,so I missed it the first couple of times. Lesson here!. Cant wait to give it another try. The Stalker 66 seems to have good potential. This should remove all problems. Plane flys good.

I forgot to mention that the engine would load up and almost die on the last corner of the hourglass and the last corner of the clover just before the wingover exit. This was a real weird problem. Hope its fixed now
