Is there anyone I forgot to send graphics or masks to, including samples?

Help with this please.

Thank you.

:) Greetings!  Charles, a while ago, someone posted a video of the early Blue Angles on this site and I was impressed with the video.  I did some research and became, shall we say, intrigued.  As such, I managed to convince six members of our little group to tackle the project of building some of the Brodak Bearcats, kit #CLB-30.  I am building number 7.  All of the kits are in various stages of construction with a goal of having them all completed and on the flightline around May 2018.

Now here's why I'm contacting you .... the Brodak decals are white and we need them in yellow along with a set of tail numbers from 1 through 8.  I have written Brodak to see if they can produce the decals for us but just in case they can not, I wanted to see if that is something you can do.

Jim,

I already have the Blue Angles graphics. I've offered correct scale Blue Angles graphics for many years for many large and small R/C models. In paint masks also.

Paul Smith did a Blue Angles model some years ago, his model is Posted at CFC Graphic's vendors corner if you want to take a peek. I don't think it's a Bearcat because I had to match the shape of the swept back wing.

Just let me know when your ready and we'll get it done.

So, you plan on flying all of these in the same circle at the same time?

Charles

;D  Great!  Remember, these would need to fit the Brodak Bearcat, not one of the later jet aircraft.  It advertised as a Stunt or Fun Scale model so the various decals should meet that standard.  As far as getting them all in the air at the same time  :o :o .... I highly doubt that would be on the calendar because no of the guys would want to risk it LL~ LL~!!  I've seen three fellows in the circle at one time and thinking about 8 of us .... at the same time
..... well, that sends chills up my spine and directly into the earth  %^@ %^@

I'll follow up with you when I get some word from Brodak, if that's all right!  Take care!

Jim,

Yes Jim, I know Paul's model isn't a Bearcat. I have the Bearcat graphics.

Now what was that you were saying about how you cannot wait to get all models in the air at the same time?

Okee dokee, thanks!!  As for the flying .... L.O.L.!!  If you've ever seen the guys in my group fly singly, you'd be in stitches just imagining eight of us in the circle at the same time or running for dear life before the "apocalypse"!!   LL~ LL~

Jim,

I've seen two in one circle comfortably. I remember, back in the early 60's I believe, seeing our own and talented Will Moore and his dad doing loops, 8's, inverted and great wing overs only a foot or two apart. Honest, ask Will. They would even do stalled loops if that's what they are called?

BTW. How did you ever convince all these guys to build the same model? There has to be a story there?

Yeah, as I said, I've seen three in a circle aka F2C racing but I've never done it.  And as far as "convincing" .... man, I don't know!  I told them of the Blue Angels video, told them about the history that I read about and then said something like: "Man, can you guys imagine how kool it would be if all of us showed up at an event sporting one of them (Bearcat) on the flight line? "  The rest is history!  ;D  What they don't know is, my next suggestion is for a squadron of P-51's   %^@ LL~
