Title: Xmas Gift Give away notice.
Post by: RC Storick on November 14, 2006, 05:14:56 PM
For the new people who have just arrived. I have a suggestion for you if you have not done so.  :! Use your real first and last name in your profile. The Xmas give away will be worth around $500.00 and if you name is not in your profile when Bill and I draw we will draw another name until we find a profile with the first and last name  ~~> , who has made a post in the previous 30 days. I will be drawing this in time so the recipient will receive it before Xmas.

Those are the qualifiers for the drawing and when you get your gift please post  pictures of it and express your thoughts.

This has been made possible by everyones generous donations and the help of everyone. I wish I could do more but Stunt Hangar has nothing to sell to generate funds to give a gift to everyone. So I have to stick to once a month for now.

I say that everyone should take a portion of all the money our spouses, kids, and signifigant others will "save" while shopping the big sales, and make a donation to the site that gives us the best deal for the money all year round!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

<I wish I could do more but Stunt Hangar has nothing to sell to generate funds to give a gift to everyone.>

Very seldom are you wrong. But this is one time I need to call you on it. Everyone in the modeling world would love to have a building CD of the Ares or the P47 or ??..... The potental is there I would probably want one of each plane you built. Stop and think how many people bought the Stunt Trainer. I know I did. You could maybe hook up with Walter and for a price we could get a CD included in our kits. I would probably pay extra to get the finishing CD also. How cool would that be. Look how much the Ares pictures helped me put the canopy on my Magnum. Come on Robert you are an innovative kind of guy. The CD's that could be generated are endless. The posted pictures are nice but I would like to see more detail like hingeing, control hookup, engines, tanks etc. that I could play over and over again until I was a good as you know who. In the mean time keep the donations coming in. Once a month is more than enough with the way you are doing it now. More often than that is not practical. Even once a month is a stretch I would think. IMHO

Hey Sparky,
I think Greg is onto something here. I enjoy seeing the photos of your creations, but I'd pay to see how you do some of them, and especially how you do it so !@#$ fast!! Whenever I try to be fast, it's always slower, 'cause I have to re-do it, sometimes more than once.
