I've been keen to get a copy of this since I learned it was going together! 

Where does one go to order?

The latest issue of Stunt News says that the books will be out in the Spring of 2018 and that info to order will be in an upcoming issue of Stunt News.
Another location in the latest Stunt News says to watch the PAMPA website for ordering info,

Did this book or books ever get published?
