Use wax paper instead. Never had much luck with plastic wrap.

I think you might find that since Microwaves, waxed paper has been made porous, therefore it no longer seems to shed glue.
(If thats what you're after...)

I would try 4 hands and the Windex/squeege method. y1 Steve

I often use parchment paper in place of waxed paper. Has worked just fine so far. As to the other wrap, I'll watch this thread closely to see if we get a good answer, cause I wanna know, too!

What Steve says!! y1
Only I would try to find some heavy duty freezer wrap or the stuff they use for shipping wrap.

I use Cut-Rite waxed paper and have not had a problem with anything sticking very severly. Occasionally if left for a long time the very low viscosity CA can stick a little but can be pulld off if done carefully and "peeled" rather than lifted.
Epoxy and slo-set CA is no problem.
I've never been able to use the plastic wrap stuff. Guess I'm just too clumsy because I usually can't even get it cut off without turning it into a BALL! LL~

I just answered the question as asked. I would not try to build over plans with any of the plastic wraps...CA glues it to your structure very firmly. I would trust Tyrone and use the parchment paper...he builds a LOT! y1 Steve

I have found BAKING paper is the best for this and many other jobs in the shop, It's not porous and does the same job as wax only better, I have had no luck with cling film. Noel.

Hi Noel;
That is what we call parchment paper in the US. It's used for lining pans for baking. It's also a bit thicker and heavier than wax paper, and is more durable in the oven.
Now I'm hungry for chocolate chip cookies! y1 y1
Type at you later,
