Money well spent !

I normally have my hardware that comes in their small packs in drawers & plastic tubs. (Wheels, tanks, everything all together) Well Last weekend I was at lowe's and they had a 2'X4' sheet of peg board with 3/16 holes in it for about $7. The reason I never use pegboard is you have more money spent on Metal pegs than what we spend on our hobby having fun so I got the idea to cut 1"-3" long pieces of 3/16 dowel rods to stick in the holes & hang all my little packages from Brodak, Great Planes etc. up so I can find it. I spaced my ped board away from the wall with some 3/8 scrap oak on the four corners and sheet rock screws. Best $9 total I have spent this year. (it's just Feb 1st though)  Just thought I would throw that out and see what other people do too.

Hi Terry,

The local Home Depot has pegboard "pegs" in packages. Different configurations with various staight and curved units with some designed to hold various tools. I bought a pegboard "package" that had about 50 of these various pegs for about $10. That, coupled with a couple of pegboards and I hang up most stuff.


Just have to wait for the sales.
