There would be no way I would have any clippings, but you should try to remember what news paper it was in, and approximately what date. Then contact that newspaper. You may be amazed at what newspapers have in their archives. It may sound like an insurmountable task, but trying to put together the details of what publication and when it was will be much more productive than hoping to find some one's clippings.
    Good luck with the search!

An online search of the papers archives, when you figure out which one, is possible.
I may be wrong but I doubt it.

It was most likely in the NY Daily News. I know I was in some from Flushing Meadows from 1974 or 1975. If I come across anything from that era.,I am in the middle of sorting out everything I own or have ever owned.) I will get in touch with you. Neal Beakman or Rich Turallo May possibly have some of thos forest Park Articles. Another possibility is Walter Umland as he flew there during those years too.

If you can identify newspapers which have the articles you are looking for, the web site   https://www.newspapers.com/free/   offers a free 7-day trial so you can look for and download the articles you want.  You will have to register and give them your email address.  If you quit after 7 days they will continue to send you emails asking you to join, but you don't have to -- and you can unsubscribe from their emails.

I tried online search in news paper articles, no luck. I thought the daily news , not sure I was only somewhere between 8 and12 yrs old. I figured i'd try here since many people save clippings of things that interest them.
