I would like to thank everyone for their suggestions and theories.
I think I have 95% of the problem solved...it was a yaw issue and below is what it took to fix it. Still minor trimming to do...but for the most part the chip is flying well...looks like it may see paint after all.
Motor rotation changed to tractor
Motor adjusted with very slight right offset.
Trim tab used...(NOT PBR)...sorry Dan :)! worked well with right offset...(I am cutting a trim-able rudder now to fine tune the amount)
Removed moved tip weight to just an 1.3 ounces
Adjusted the readouts further forward...they are now about 1/2" behind CG.....this seems to work best...I tried several locations for and aft.

FWIW, the specific tipweight amount doesn't help us understand the problem because we don't know the wing offset (if any), or how heavy the inboard wing half is, relative to the outboard wing half. It's all about the CG of the model in the span-wise axis. Make sure your hinged rudder is rigidly fixed so it won't flutter or flex. I'd wonder how much (if any) of the fix was from changing to the LH prop. D>K Steve

Where is the CG? Preferably in % of MAC.

Hey now. I don't say others don't work, I just said PBR cans work best.
