Title: Windy day, good for something.
Post by: Leester on May 02, 2007, 04:19:53 PM
Even though it was to windy to fly, (weatherman lied) it turned out ok as I got my Metaphor 2 painted. All in all it turned out pretty good, although I covered the bottum cowl only with CF and it turned out a darker shade. Wings are UltraKote and the fusalage is Auto Zone Duplicolor. With the Brodak 40 the weight is 38 oz. I hope to be flying it next week.

At 38 ounces it should fly great. Nice job. Youll get good weather. We have had great flying weather in Portland this year. We also had 1/2 inch hail this afternoon. @@^ @@^ @@^ @@^ @@^ @@^ @@^ @@^ @@^ @@^ @@^ @@^ @@^

Uh-oh. Thirteen Leo's is an unlucky number. Throw one of those hailballs at Scott, wouldja? And save one for da Dirt, in the freezer.  LL~ Steve
