Well Walter I guess old age is catching up with me.  If I could hear on the cell would call you.  Don't have a land line any more.

Since there were no pictures here unless you went to the link I thought I would show you mine from the 1990'S. If one is careful it can be built around 52 ounces. I used a ST/46 in mine and always felt it needed more power but it still was one of my best planes I ever had. I plan on building another this winter.

The USA-1 has always been one of those planes I have loved the looks of and wanted to build since I came across the article in Model Aviation.  I definitely plan on getting a kit and putting one of my PA 40UL that is looking for a home in the plane! #^ #^ #^

It seams like there is a lot of interest in the upcoming kit of the USA/1. You will need a large surface to build it. Here is mine in the bone stage and I built it on a small table and it had problems that I had to trim out.

I believe your comments represent a challenge, and as such, I feel it is beholden on me to meet your challenge for the sake of the reputation of the Buttafuoco Stunt team.

I challenge you; one completed Bill Werwage USA 1 to your completed Bob Lampione F86 Sabre.

Looks like Clint got the jump on you Uncle Bob.

You'll be happy to know that I just got started on a new "Heavy Equipment". I set the old one aside for you.

Merry Christmas

This doesn't look like a newbies project for sure. n1

Thanks Evil Larry!

I took the bait from Clint... Jeepers, I never learn...

I don’t even have a kit yet. So I am really at a disadvantage here.

As an aside, an important note for you with your next plane..
This just in from the FAA Site…

“You must use the paper registration process if
   •   Your aircraft is 55 lbs. or greater”

Happy New Year when it shows up…!
