Title: Who started the Ice-O-Lated contest?

Does anybody know who started the Ice-O-Lated contest in St. louis each February?  You might be surprised!

I can not take all the credit as I have never CD the contest. I am just the one who proposed it for the winter months to keep sharp. Thanks for remembering!

I flew at the Ice-O-Lated in 99!

Boy did it get windy after that storm went through Saturday - -
Temp after that was about 35 and wind blowing about 35 too.
I flew free-style with my Cavalier with my SSW OS .35 FP and
a cut down 3 blade Brian Eather 12-4 repitched to 5.25.  One of
my tricks was to do 5 consuctive hourglasses  %^ !  Of course I
won free-style - probably because no one else would even dare
to try flying that day - -

My OS .35 still has the same power about the same as a ST .46
or even a ST .51

Freestyle??  We used to have a Freestyle event?  Wow, maybe we should bring that back Sparky!   %^
