The crotchety old DOC Holliday will be there manning the "MBS Model Supply" booth unless Melvin fires me.  May even try to fly Classic.  So bring your list for goodies and other what not.  Or just come by and say hi.  DOC Holliday

Some day I may attend but with today's fuel prices "Stupid" I will stay in the local area.  I've heard other regulars may no longer attend due to the costs and the high chances of terrible weather in Indiana this time of year. Good luck to those that attend.  I really feel the Nats should be a rotating venue.  The AMA spent a lot of money for a piece of property that only a few can afford to enjoy. No wonder dues are outrageous

Mike F.: Personally, I love where the Nats are located. Spending a week
in the cool (compared to Texas) weather of a small Midwestern town
is a real joy for me and many others. The site is excellent and we never
seem to have enough time in the day to do all the things we want to do.

Mike Schmitt and I will be there. I believe that at least three other Chicagoland Circle Cutter club members plan on attending.

I have motel reservations but haven't sent in my entry yet.  Still trying to decide whether to fly Stunt again this year or just Speed events.  The winds havent been too friendly with me in the Stunt circle at Muncie lately.  I'll probably break down and fly Advanced with my Yakovlev airplane.  It is easier for me to fly in the wind than the Sultan.  The Sultan will probably stay home as well as my Humongous.  It gets busy running back and forth between sites but I love both Speed and Stunt.

It looks like I will probably be the only one in attendance from Salt Lake City this year.

The Jive Combat Team won't fall for that "pull my finger" stuff again.
