I mix Klotz Super techniplate in my fuel that I use for PA’s. I forget the exact part number but it’s mixed 80% synthetic and 20% castor. I mix to 20% oil content and then various amounts of nitro (5, 7.5, 10, 12.5 and 15)

Edit: I’ve also mixed some Klotz KL-198 light techniplate in the past as well, but use the Super Techniplate exclusively now

I usually use Klotz KL205 Original Techniplate and it's been great but can't find it in gallons and it's about $65. I would hate to buy quarts at $24 a bottle. I've also used FHS 62R with great results but this stuff is getting pricey.

If you mix your own fuel, what do you use for synthetic oil?

Thanks,

Mostly Klotz Original Technoplate but sometimes Motul Micro 2T (pricey). You can get the Klotz KL-205 here for best price I've found

Buy two gallons and shipping is free.

I use MOTUL Micro 2T, in 20%, for 10-15 years.
I cancelled Castor fully from my life. Hopefully, forever... :)

Motul is a blend, Istvan, it has castor in it🙃. L
No it doesn't.
Motul "Micro 2T" is 100% synthetic. They make many blends of two stroke oil. Micro 2T is Not motorcycle oil. It is is made for model engines.
