Title: where to buy a hard point (Fancher) handle?

I want to purchase a hard point handle (or three).  I have searched the forums and find lots of info on them but no contact info for the sellers.  Can someone please send me contact info for Carl Shoupe or anyone else that produces these handles?  Thanks.

update:  I did find the CLC website for the Tom Morris hard point handle.  I'd still like to find info on the Fancher handle from Carl.  Thanks.
