So you misspell a word no big deal,
who would play on that?
You could use your email then copy/paste.

Well, for one I take pride in spelling words correctly. Comes from very strict teachers and my time in the US Navy as a Signalman.. I was educated in a time when ALL teachers graded your punctuation, spelling etc, not just English teachers. D>K
So, once again, where is spell check?
I haven't noticed it missing. Works on mine. Could be your computer settings.

Right with you on the demise of the English language, Jerry. Although, I suppose the British folks might complain about "American" spellings.
For Tyrone, I had noticed the same. No wiggly red line under my "typos". I went to those three dots in the top right corner of the page and searched for "spellcheck" and clicked a few boxes. May take some messing around. IMO, when MS does some of their "updates", things get changed whether you like it or not. My opinion of them is poor as a result. '' Steve

They have reached a size where what you think of them no longer matters.

My self I always tried to remember how to spell words, like the ones with I before E and vice versa. But, I've learned to go to my computer page that I type in the site or addresses I want to go to. The word I want spell correctly I just start typing what I think is correct spelling. My computer starts listing the correct word and definitions. Helps when doing cross word puzzles. D>K

I encountered that in High School and it kept my grades down by just enough to keep me out of the top 10%. That means something in Texas.
I have never been able to spell properly because I was never taught how. Phonics were being introduced into grade school when I was in the 2nd grade. It was taught in 2nd and 3d then you got the classical learnin. My father moved us to a rural town in southern Ohio when I was in the 4th grade. That school taught phonics in the 4th and 5th.
So I can use letters to form any word you want and it will be pronounced correctly but we all know the English language doesn't work that way.
Spell Check is my 4th grade teacher! What it doesn't point out is that you may have used the wrong word spelled correctly.
