Title: What Type of Fuel Tank

I came across this old Fox 2.5 oz wedge fuel tank. Never seen one like this before. It also apparently has some type of check valve inside the tank.

Was wondering if anyone might explain what type of tank it is, and what type of model it might be used for.

Veco T-31 series tanks. Check valve in pressure line to avoid flooding using crankcase pressure. . Used some in combat but mostly in racing. Letters like T21 series denoted length/capacity (roughly 1 oz. per inch length)
