I think this one will probably work, as the one for the 35/51 ST usually go thru the case and venturi on an OS 40 modifications, and this one goes only thru the venturi of an G34. Should center up just fine on the smaller .19 engine. If the jet hole is a little off center, it should be fine. If its way off, then use small washer to make it right.

If you like, these are good to have in the tool box, I use them for the SF,FP and LA .40 modification(RC to CL).Its the one for the .35 and .51 ST and is considered the standard for 35-60 size engine conversions. Randy Smith uses it for his PA  engine line.

Then again, Tower uses 2 different part numbers for the same part as I have recently found out on an order, so these may end up being the same as each other, with the exception of the split-washer on the first one. Heck, get both and let us know!

Randy has his own NVAs made which use a delrin seal in them for his engines.  This makes the issue of tightening the lock nut a non-issue.   The PA NVAs are the best out there.  Even makes them in a turned down Fox 35 size.

Will the old Kustom Kraftsmanship NVA's work?  The spray bar mics at .154...the needle looks like the small ST.

Paul,

Is the picture your veco 19?  If so why do you want to change the needlevalve?  The one pictured has no real problems associated with it.

Taking another look at the needle you have in there, it might be a faulty one.  Mine almost bottoms out when the needle is all the way in.  Looks like the "needle" is sticking too far out of the "body".  The same needle from K&B was left long on the end to bend over if desired.  Might have just been pressed in wrong.

Well I too the pliers and very carefully gave the needle a few more turns in this afternoon. I got it to run almost 2 oz of fuel. Wahoo!  The engine is still tight.
I might be getting close.
Stay tooned.

If the needle itself is bottoming out when the body of it has not reached bottom you can adjust the needle itself.  It is a pressed fit in the body itself.  I remember years ago having to push the needle into the body on a couple and vice-versa.  DOC Holliday
