Hi All:
What price should I place on a Magician 15 kit? It is NIB.
I saw one fly yesterday with an O.S..15 on it and it was a great flying airplane. A fellow club member discovered that I had a kit in the attic, and asked what the price would be. Thus the question. I have had the kit for almost 40 years and I doubt if I will build it! Lol
Thanks,
Frank

Just scan the bay for some answers. It depends on who has money at the time and how much they want the kit. After having and building one of the original Magician .15 kits I would not give more than the original price of the kit. But, some collectors will go thru the roof with price they are willing to pay. Depends a lot on time of month or year when you put it up for sale.

Hi John:
How does one scan the Bay for items that have been sold in the past?
I searched for Magician and was told that there were no results. Perhaps I am not going to the correct site. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Frank

How much $ does he have? How much $ do you have? Can you afford to just give it to him? You're not using it and not likely to ever use it, so if you give it to him, maybe he will do something for you, or somebody else, and you can get a warm & fuzzy feeling from that. Then again, as hot as it is in most parts of the country right now, maybe warm & fuzzy isn't very appealing... Z@@ZZZ Steve

Or you can just buy the Brodak kit which is about Flite Streak size anyway.

I agree with Steve ,just give it to him if he is going to build it. I give stuff away all the time if they will use it. Bicycles to young people who need a bike. Models to those who can't build, no mater how hard they try. y1 y1 y1

Go to Ebay, search for Magician 15 kit. Then click the box on the left side of the screen that says "sold listings". From the results it looks like about $60 is current market value.

Just give it to him. Heck, its a Magician 15! If your not going to build, it use it to make a new friend. ;D
P.S. The late great Gene Schaeffer flew one of the greatest flights I have ever seen using this ship and a Fox 15. That was the flight that confirmed to all of us what we already suspected, Gene wasn't mortal!!
