3 X .6 JIS They are not the ISO standard M3 X .5 screws.

M3 X .6 screws are almost impossible to find here in the USA, I think they are getting scarce in Japan. You can re-tap the clamp to M3.5 X .6 . Those are ISO standard and available here, or the easiest is to re-tap 6-32 and use readily available 6-32 screws. #6 screws and M3.5 screws are the virtually the same OD (.0002" difference).

If you need any longer you could sacrifice a 50mm long screw by cutting off the 0.5 pitch thread length and then thread the remaining shank with 0.6 pitch
